Windy, chill, and it’s the perfect time for hot pots! Here is one of my fav hot pot restaurants, and it’s also a chain restaurant, you can enjoy your pots in different parts of Taipei!

吃素也要很講究，里仁素粽的用料豐富且實在，多層次口感在嘴裡散開，吃得到食材的原味及新鮮🤤

Zongzi is a sticky rice dumpling, typically shaped as a triangle and wrapped inside of bamboo leaves. People usually eat this during the Dragon boat festival.

Vinegar also adds flavor to vegetables and meat. Being one of the important elements of salad sauces, vinegar is the necessity for a chef. It can be used for salad, as a sauce for cold, cooked vegetables, meat, and even drink straight!

But what is GONGTANG?

Peanuts are one of the main ingredients for making GONGTANG. Because of the dry soil and weather in Kinmen, peanuts here are usually small but sturdy, and thus the residents developed the crispy and delicious peanut candy.
