Hot pot day! No more blue Monday 🥰🥰
Windy, chill, and it’s the perfect time for hot pots! Here is one of my fav hot pot restaurants, and it’s also a chain restaurant, you can enjoy your pots in different parts of Taipei!
Multi choice hotpot restaurant, but if you suffer from Decidophobia, no worries, 武鶴 provides the most delicious flavors for you! There are two different ways to enjoy your pots, one is all you can eat and the other is personal set hot pot.
From the official website, you can know that this hot pot restaurant is opened by a group of young people who love hot pot. They want to give everyone a chance to enjoy Wagyu beef at a reasonable and affordable price. Moreover, 武鶴 gets one of the few Japanese Kobe Wagyu beef sold certifications overseas in Taiwan.
We choose the double personal set hot pot because the set on the menu really attracts me!
Three different kinds of drinks are available, and the most interesting is the handmade milk tea, they called it “milk tea of the breakfast store”. I like the milk tea a lot, it’s smooth, less cream powder and sugar less.
As for the sauce area, they provide 12 kinds of ingredients for you to choose. One of the sauce is their special sauce, mixing with fruity vinegar, soy sauce and some sesame oil.
There are several soups for you to choose, extra price for different choices. The original soup cooked with dozens of vegetables and fruits of apples and onions, while the spicy pot cooked with Chinese spice, bell pepper, and dozens of Chinese herbs. But what I choose today is the limitation Shaoxing Chicken Soup which use red dates, some Chinese medicine and Shaoxing wine as the base.
The price of the hot pot isn’t high, the cheapest is only $280. As for its convenient location and its good service, I think it’s totally at a good bargain. It’s at a good quality. 武鶴 insists providing pure and nature vegetables instead of the manufactured hotpot ingredients for guests.
Look at the fresh and plentiful seafoods! The seafood and meat mix including American Wagyu marbled beef, Australian wagyu, Japanese Wagyu and seven different types of seafoods. (Because my friend doesn't eat beef, we change the beef to porks.)
Look at the portion, totally enough for two people!
Btw, if you are tired of removing the shells of the shrimps, the waitress will give you a hand!

A5 Wagyu Plate: The Japanese Wagyu beef are beautiful, the fat and the thickness of the meat slices is just at its best. Put the tender meat slices into the pot for 3 seconds and you can get it out of the pot, taste the sweetness and smell the aroma, enjoy ☺️
Not enough for you to eat? No worries, there are some small activities to get other delicious food to eat! Add extra $50 dollars for gashapon, one set for one chance 🍀

Put $50 dollars in the toy capsule vending machine and see what you get from the capsule! Six different levels of ingredients for you to choose. If you got a capsule with F inside like me, you can choose one of the items from the list, and I chose fresh oysters 🦪
