The annual World Macaron Day, 20th Mar, originated from a well-known bakery in France, Pierre Herme, in 2006.

On that day, the store temporarily take off all the desserts in the store except macarons, and even introduced more interesting and lovely flavors.

A scone is a small cake made from flour and fat, usually eaten with butter.

Vividly remembered that when I first in British, I was totally attracted by the traditional English scones, and since then, scones became one of the indispensable desserts part of my life.

There are numerous choices of scones in the world, some are soft and some taste like biscuits.

For me, the most important part is the “content” of the scones!

Take an example, cream might be one of the vital spirit of the scone. Yes, the most traditional cream you can see is made from milk and butter, however, there are a series of handmade scones you can choose from Madam Cream with the flavors that you don’t even think of!

Look what I found recently , the small but surprised canelé from syu.baking . It provides different flavors depends on seasons! Such as the canelé I got this time, it’s dark chocolate, Japanese Green Tea and luxurious Thai milk tea with edible gold leaf 🍁

To make sure all the canelé in the best condition, the chef packs the canelé separately. This may spend a lot of time and consume more package, but as a customer, the design is quite nice. I can taste all the flavors the chef originally made.

Don’t think this set would be weird, in fact, they are soooo delicate 😋

The bitter-sweet shell is crispy and it tastes like a pudding inside. The rich aroma is combined with the crispy outer layer, adding a multi-layered of taste.

Cheesecake is a sweet dessert consisting of one or more layers. The main thickest layer is made of the mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar.

Yes, among all of the handmade desserts, cheese cake is one of my favorite.

The store I wanna introduce is 4K dessert. It is famous for the sweet delicacies like different flavors of cheesecake and handmade cream cake 🎂

Since I'm suffering from decidophobia, I'm afraid of making decisions. But, I don’t need to worry about what to choose for these delicious cake because the chef launches the multiple flavors of cheesecake.

The cakes are natural and rather healthy, especially without any additives.

There are four flavors in the cake box: the original cheese cake, matcha, rose yogurt and yogurt.

The handmade rose jelly perfectly mixed with the rose yogurt cheese ends up not only rich in mouth but also satisfy your stomach. You can feel the scent of rose as soon as biting it at the first moment.

The jelly boiled with organic roses from Pingtung Dahua Farm and added with apples, besides the scent of roses, you can also feel the existence of apples 🍎

The matcha sauce is made with Japanese matcha and whipping cream, absolutely less sweetness than the Taiwanese matcha; what’s more, there is no extra drop of water throughout the making process. It is made with 100% pure Australian cheese.

The bottom of the handmade biscuits is relatively hard and crispy. It is one of my favorite cookie bottom texture.

In addition to Australian cheese, it is paired with American yogurt. And the flavors would differ from time to time.

All of the four tastes are simultaneously savory. You can say that it’s the most divine cheesecake ever!

Trust me, after one bite of the cheesecake, the dull mood will no longer exist.

The owner use “lava” to describe the taste of chocolate which feels like ice cream when you cut the cake. The first layer of the cake is brownie, while the middle layer stuffed with Australian cheese. The mixed of taste of chocolate and cheese tastes good😋😋

Mille crepe cake is a delicate dessert that is complicated, requiring a lot of time and energy to complete, which tests the skill of the dessert master a lot😂😂

A fine layer cake can let gourmets taste the deliciousness and richness of crepe layers. Mille crepe cake is like the queen of the desserts.

Due to the difficulty in production, the price of the Mille crepe is usually higher than other desserts. However, the unique texture and wonderful taste still attracts many people.

But when it comes to the Mille crepe cake, what flavor do you think of first? Is the sweet fruity flavor, the original butter cake or the tea flavor?

Here’s one amazing and one-of-a-kind flavor that I must share with you guys! It’s the roasted wheat flour!

When I opened the box of the cake, the fragrance of tea comes to my side. But I could never thought of the main character of the cake is roasted wheat flour mixed with white gourd tea.

Quite interesting and surprising, doesn’t it?!

Roasted wheat flour and white gourd tea are two traditional Taiwanese tastes. They both taste good and are my childhood memories. Before trying this cake, I can never imagine the mixture of these two. The chef did succeed in integrating Chinese and Western cultures.

It’s a Pâtisserie located in the popular in Taichung, close to Taichung Opera House - a mystery and private dessert store, The Penthouse.

This store is actually for their neighborhood and is not open to the public. But to share the delicate with people, you can now reserve the desserts and puck up close to the studio.

The everyday items include cinnamon rolls, pound cake, and scones. There is also a special menu of the chef every week such as the melaleuca and chiffon cake.

📍Positive Yummy -No more crying-

Well, this is my……thousand times of tasting these wonderful and charming desserts!

This time, they set the food stand inside the Caowu Square in Taichung!

Don’t worry, the stand will last for a year! So, no more crying if you haven’t had a chance to eat it!

To be honest, I really like this new location, there are numerous parking spaces around the park with the well-designed environment. Everyone can take a lot of pictures there with the delicate toast!

The owner changed the order pattern, at least the customers don’t need to wait as long as before 🤤🤤

A scrumptious handmade milky filling originated from local Kaohsiung. And yes, they got another bittersweet chocolate filling now!

Once you order the milky fillings, you have to wait at least three months 😂 but I believe the worst part of life is waiting, the best part of life is having something worth waiting for.

No additional additives in the milky fillings, as a result, the soufflé sauce can only preserve for one month after producing.

😋One layer for daily greedy.

😋😋Two layers for sadistic emotions like heavy paper works today.

😋😋😋Three layers for desperate, heartbroken or infuriated.

TARTINE has launched 3 super tempting strawberry desserts, such as the strawberry cake, strawberry cake roll...etc, but what I gonna to share with is the strawberry taro yuanbao!

The filling is made with handmade taro paste. The unique making method keep the aroma of the taro, and the special dorayaki skin is sandwiched with large, fresh and juicy strawberries.

Take a bite and you can feel the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, well balanced with the delicate taro paste.

The taro paste neutralize the natural sour taste of strawberries and stack up this dessert to a higher level of its aroma, making every bite super satisfying!

This is a reservation from 2020. Two-year-waiting for a bowl of glamorous, enchanting and palatable beef noodle.

You may ask:
Is it worth it to wait for such a long time?
I will say definitely yes 🙌

It’s the best beef noodle that I’ve ever had. Also, the most handsome beef noodle chef I’ve ever met.🤣

Carrots and radish makes the soup sweeter and healthier. No more extra seasoning or chemical ingredients. Nurture, nutrition and tasty for sure.
